KraussMaffei China Holds Discussions on “Improving Quality, Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency”
To respond to the campaign themed on “Year of Ability Enhancement for Operational Excellence” and the work plan on improving quality and increasing efficiency, as well as the idea of “all costs can be reduced”, KraussMaffei China launched a campaign to make intensive efforts in the company to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
So far, it has received a total of 372 recommendations from over 200 employees on improving quality, reducing costs and increasing efficiency in areas such as covering product, engineering, procurement, production and corporate management. KraussMaffei Machinery (China) will sort and assess the opinions and ideas, work out work plans, and define the primary responsible entity as well as the time frame for implementation, ensuring that “every opinion and suggestions is responded to and every matter is handled”.
